All data is hosted in the UK or EU on infrastructure compliant with UK GDPR. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every firm before any client data is loaded. Encryption at rest and in transit. No data leaves the UK or EU.

Compliance becomes an ongoing obligation - new directors, new PSCs, ownership changes, beneficial-owner updates and re-verification cycles all need tracking. From 1 April 2027 the Companies House IDV Transition Bundle continues as Compliance OS, our monthly product covering PSC, director appointment, confirmation statement and AML workflows. Early-adopter customers move across at the founding rate of £19/month (£39/month public price), with 30 days' notice before the change.
